With 16 years of experience as a Career and Technical Educator, I have had the privilege of closely collaborating with educational leaders and teams to elevate teacher satisfaction and well-being. The Teacher Survivalist program is adaptable to suit your school's specific availability and needs. It can be presented in formats ranging from one-hour sessions to comprehensive three-hour workshops or even a hybrid self-paced module format (this flexible approach enables teachers to engage with the content at their own pace, accumulating up to 10.5 hours of Professional Development credit). Additionally, personalized one-on-one coaching sessions with current educators are available as an optional inclusion. I would like to highlight that all presentation options are also available in a virtual format upon request.
